SPIRITS

Our handcrafted spirits are made from grapes grown exclusively on the CARONE estate vineyard. We create small batch, specialty spirits using only natural ingredients.

JOLENE

Beautiful to behold – copper, stainless steel and a fish scale surface. Jolene is a custom still that was designed to be multipurpose with her 4-plate copper column, a built-in copper whisky helmet, and copper inner wall boiler. From design concept to delivery, Jolene took nearly a year to join the CARONE family.

PEAT-FILTERED WATER

We use only the peat-filtered water from Lanoraie’s ecological reserve, Tourbières-de-Lanoraie, to dilute our spirits. Less than 10 km from the CARONE estate, the reserve protects an ombrotrophic and minerotrophic peatland complex that feeds the Lanoraie water system.
